Blackberry Picking
Having noted how many Blackberry bushes were laden with fruit this year, and how our Owners love a good blackberry and apple crumble, or better still a pie, we decided to go hunting last weekend and within an hour myself and friend had picked nine boxes of this beautiful fruit.
Even during our off hours we're thinking of the owners in our community at Ashby Court and how we can bring joy, be it a book, film, or freshly picked fruit with which to make a delicious treat.
We believe this is what makes Ashby Court different, we're not just a retirement home, we're a retirement community, owners and staff.
